As of May 13, 2023, Bmi Brave Motion International Inc D/B/A Bmi Logistics has elected to utilize Negotiated Rate Arrangements (NRAs) in lieu of publishing Tariff rates and charges, in accordance with 46 C.F.R. §§520, 531, and 532.
An NRA is a written, binding agreement between an NRA shipper or consignee and an eligible NVOCC to provide specific transportation services for a stated cargo quantity. This agreement covers the transportation from origin to destination after the cargo is received by the carrier or its agent.

Except as otherwise provided in this Negotiated Rate Agreement (NRA), all services and rates herein are provided pursuant to OTI’s Governing Rules Tariff in compliance with 46 CFR 532.5(c)(d), 46 CFR 532.6, 532.7, and are accessible via www.paramounttariff.com. The surcharges and accessorial published therein will be applied to each NRA from the date the first shipment is received by the OTI and will remain in effect until the expiration date of this arrangement.
THE SHIPPER’S BOOKING OF CARGO AFTER RECEIVING THE TERMS OF THIS NRA OR NRA AMENDMENT CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THE RATES AND TERMS OF THIS NRA OR NRA AMENDMENT.
